1) terry towels:
- 100 % cotton ring spun yarn.
- standard plain terry towels with all colors
(from white to red&black ).
- yarn spec.20/2, weft 16/1, pile 20/2).
- packging: Every 15 KG in one export carton.
- with 5 cm band from both sides of the towel
in 100 % cotton.
2) bathrobe:
- 100 % cotton ring spun yarn.
- yarn spec.24/2, weft 16/1, pile 24/2).
- standard plain bathrobe with head cover.
- one side voloured(velvet)only.
- with three pockets&belt.
- pastel&medium colors.
- net finished weight 1200 g/PC.
- packging every bathrobe in standar polybag.
3) sewing specifications for the above two
items:
- hemmings: An hem of 1cm on each side of the
towel. Hemming should be blocked.
- stitching:10 stitches per inch or 4 stitches
per cm, double stitching on each side.
- bowing:1 cm/M accepted maximum.
- finishing: No hole, no color thread and no
weaving defect accepted.
