Looking to buy shoe insert (shoe insole) with the following specifications.
The inserts I would like should be very similar to the attached picture. There should be 11 sizes: U. S. Mens 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, and 14. For the men's size 4, the length should be 245 mm and increase by 7 mm for each larger size. For the men's size 4, the heel should be 60 mm at the widest point which should be about 30 mm from the back of the heel. This 60 mm width should increase 2 mm for each larger size. The widest point at the front part should be 80 mm and should be about 60 mm from the very front. This 80 mm width should increase 2.5 mm for each larger size. The cushioning should be two layers. The bottom layer should be thinner and more firm and more durable than the softer top layer. For men's size 4 to 6, the bottom layer should be 1 mm and the top layer 2 mm. For size 7 to 9, the bottom layer should be 1 mm and the top layer 3 mm. For sizes 10 to 14, the the bottom layer should be 1 mm and the top layer 4 mm, or the bottom should be 1.5 to 2 mm and the top layer 3.5 to 3. The arch should be firm if not rigid. Some designs use a plastic arch in between the bottom and top layer for the arch. See picture for description of specs. Send a sample ASAP. First with best product gets orders to total 10,000 pairs.
