Need of a factory with bridal wear, (wedding
dresses/gown) manufacturing experience and
reliable in quality, fabric and bead availability, filling
orders on time and correctly
We design each year 2 new collection of 20 dresses.
Factory makes 1 dress in each design, we show our
stockists Australia wide and take orders for samples that
they want for thier showrooms.
Factory makes these samples in standard sizes and will be
minimum 5 in each design.
They hang on stockists racks and brides order with changes.
eg longer train, more beading, add a sleeve etc.
The dresses are made one at a time and to specific detailed
order sheets, tailor made.
For new designs we email sketches and a detailed
construction sheet.
We have 20 dresses current designs, still selling well and
we can send a pattern in Chinese and a sample if need.
For popular designs we can order 5-10 mixed sizes,
colours.
We use 5 fabrics for all our wedding dresses;heavy silk
satin for straight dresses,silk satin,delustered satin
(polyester),polyester georgette or chiffon, tulle. Consisitent
colour, and quality is important.
